Job description
1 x Marketing & Learning & Development intern.
Full time intern required to support the training course manager in the daily duties of planning, marketing, scheduling and implementing learning and development courses.
What you will learn:
• Relationship building with our internal clients and use of our online community Hub
• Use of our CRM system Salesforce and other internal systems
• How to track social media analytics
• Create compelling content that will be shared with our customers
• Assist in project managing training courses
• Learn about the latest developments in communications
• Plenty of additional opportunities in related projects.
1 x Media & Journalism intern.
Full time intern required to support the media & journalism Project Manager in the design, scheduling and implementation of media & journalism courses across the world.
What you will learn:
• Define, document and manage small to medium scale projects with supervision.
• Deliver projects within the constraints of scope, time and cost to agreed levels of quality.
• Actively participate in all phases of the project or specific phases of larger projects
• Identify, asses and manage risks to the success of the project
• Estimate costs, timescales and resource requirements for projects
• Prepare and maintain project plans and tracks activities against the plan
• Implement effective communication plan
• Identify, pre-position and manage tender opportunities
Desired profile
1 x Marketing & Learning & Development intern.
What we require
• Some experience in marketing & communications
• Communication and administration skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite Office.
• Organised, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.
• Familiarity with social networking sites desired, but we will also train.
• Passion for learning and development
• Interest in nonprofit management and community development.
1 x Media & Journalism intern.
What we require
• A strong interest in Journalism/media, international relations, international development.
• Managing successful projects, ideally with an international element or in developing countries
• Remote programme management, programme start up, mobilisation and close down
• Budget development experience and financial management, including fluency in Excel
• Strong communication skills in English
• Other languages are a plus
