During this full-time, paid summer internship you will contribute to the coding, implementation, maintenance, performance, scalability, security and enhancement of Thomson Reuters Tax & Accounting products across the globe. You'll work as part of a team producing maintainable, high-quality software on schedule. Desired profile

QUALIFICATIONS

You have a passion for technology. You are self-motivated with the ability to work effectively on a team. You can communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical team members. You also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy.

Your specific experience includes:

• Student in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or similar study curriculum
• Solid academic record - minimum 3.0 GPA
• 1-2 college level classes of either C++ / C# / Java /Swift or other formal training
• Strong numeric and problem solving orientation
• Strong grasp of object oriented concepts and design methodologies

Having experience in one of the following areas is a plus:
• Experience in Hibernate, REST, SQL, HTML5, JavaScript, Angular JS, AJAX or Typescript or CSS
• Experience in Android Studio or Xcode
