Main Purpose of role:

The Quote to Cash Business Analyst will be a key member of our growing Business Information Systems (BIS) team. You will act as the liaison among business stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, recommend, communicate, and validate changes to business processes and systems. This role will allow you to perform a wide array of functions and provide you with exposure across all of our Global business segments.

Main areas of responsibility:

· Key functions involve identifying business requirements, performing data analysis and delivering impact assessments:

Develops and updates various types of project documentation: i.e., project charters, communication plans, project schedules, issue logs, etc

Documents and updates changes to workflow, training plans, policies and procedures, as directed

Complete requirements gathering

In-depth data analysis

Works collaboratively with functional leads to document and analyze business processes end to end

· Test coordination for system enhancements, large project initiatives and Mergers and Acquisitions:

Act as liaison between Business groups and Technology, building test plans and leading cross line of business testing

End-to-end system test coordination

Decompose documents to create test cases and scenarios for complex integrations including writing test documentation (test plans, expected results, status reports) and execute test cases

Create and maintain standard templates, documentation and tools for all testing processes

· Additional responsibilities include proactively identifying and managing production issues as well as developing policy and procedure documentation

Manage system enhancement service requests received for consideration

Request additional or missing information on submitted service requests

End to End ownership of enhancement request from request through implementation including post production activities

· Facilitate cross-functional team meetings and conference calls
· Prepare and deliver quality presentations
· Submit regular status updates, recommendations and escalations to management
· Build Subject Matter expertise in all aspects of the Quote to Cash process
· Acts as a main point of contact for assigned projects, as warranted
· Collaborate with management, team members and business partners
· Serves as a liaison between Operations and Technology to assist or gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement and implementation.
· Will provide support to multiple projects at any given time. It is critical to this position that the Quote to Cash Business Analyst remain composed in a dynamic and frequently changing work environment.
· Effectively support the business with data conversion activities for Quote to Cash deployments, including acquisition integration.

Desired profile

Qualifications – External

·  2-5 years of experience
·  Must have previous Salesforce.com and ERP system experience preferably knowledge with applications such as SAP, Netsuite
·  Preferably knowledge with experience in Product configuration, Pricing
·  Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent professional experience in the field of business analysis
·  Minimum 2+ years analysis
·  Previous experience in large, global corporation desired.
·  Demonstrable experience in Quote to Cash
·  High Level of technical aptitude to learn and apply new technologies
·  Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with changing priorities and time pressures
·  Good analytical, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
·  Highly motivated with ability to drive results and work independently
·  Excellent organization, collaboration and planning skills
·  Excellent communication, presentation and customer engagement skills, including the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
·  Demonstrated experience in business analysis techniques such as gathering requirements, conducting interview, modeling use cases, and creating use cases
·  Project management skills and an understanding of workflow management, a plus
·  Proven ability to analyze and understand complex business processes and data architectures, a plus
·  Ability to set priorities yet remain flexible in a changing environment
·  Personable and energetic with a proactive approach
