Job description

Main duties:
THOMAS SABO ONLINE STORE
• Support in the creation of SEO content: copywriting, image research, product selection
• Testing website’s technical features and suggest ways to improve customer journey
• Support in the creation of the monthly e-Commerce report (training on e-tracker tool provided)
• Keeping editorial calendar up to date
• Support in subediting English text coming from Germany
• Competitor analysis and reporting
BLOGGER OUTREACH
• Research bloggers and fashion influencers for possible collaborations (training on SEO and social media analysis tools to evaluate relevance will be provided)
• Keep databases up to date
• Support in the organisation of collaborations (i.e: ordering gifting jewellery etc.)
• Support in organisation of blogger events
SOCIAL MEDIA
• Creating and scheduling social media posts (training on social media tool provided)
• Photo and video shooting sessions for social media use
• Monitoring Facebook and Twitter comments on posts and answering accordingly
• Creation of Pinterest boards
• Social media competitor research and reporting
WHOLESALE AND ONLINE CONCESSIONS
• Support in editing online datasheets (Excel)
• Monitoring WS Partners and shopping centre’s sites when promotions are running
• Support in distribution of promotional digital material
• Support in stock management and delivery preparation for online concessions

Desired profile

Preferred skills:
- Basic digital knowledge and interest in e-Commerce
- Passionate about fashion & jewellery and fashion influencers
- Confident in managing social media profiles (Snapchat, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest)
- Writing and copywriting skills with good English grammar knowledge
- Basic Excel and Office knowledge
- Basic Photoshop knowledge (preferred but not essential)
