Interior Architectural Designer

Job description

We are a group of companies that develop commercial and residential properties, mainly in West London but also in other areas of London and boarders.

I need an interior architectural designer with CAD and ideally graphic design experience to assist me with all my current and future projects. I have an in house interior designer with vast experience so I do not need someone with much experience. I need someone with the ability to do the technical drawings and with computer based design skills to assist us and gain experience.

We currently have over £25 million of property under development and am expanding my business to increase this over the next few years. We also work on a consultancy basis to other developers and currently assist on projects with a combined GDV of over £40 million.

We also have a furnishings business that is design led and I want my development arm to be in line with this so I am growing the team over the the remainder of 2016.

We currently concentrate on high end residential developments but we are starting to develop commercial projects, including offices and pop up restaurants.

I have no specific qualification requests I just need strong CAD programme abilities and good graphic design programme abilities.
