Location – City of London
Salary - £37,000 per annum
Working Hours – 37.5hrs per week

Junior Product Manager - duties and responsibilities;
· Lead on and own short, medium and long term roadmaps; setting out the path to meet the ever growing mobile opportunity
· Work closely with ecommerce leads in each local market to get a thorough understanding of commercial & customer needs
· Ensure outward communication around priorities, developments and changes so stakeholders are up-to-date with the roadmap
· Build solid relationships with CRO, UX, One Digital and Nordics development teams
· Support agile methodology with strong discipline to ensure good output
· Develop and implement product go-to-market plans, working with all departments & markets to execute
· Work closely with analytics & customer insights team for well-informed requirements and prioritisation
· Steer qualitative usability research so the visual and interactive design of the product is high end
· Monitor competitors for activity as well as positioning strategies
Junior Product Manager - skills, qualifications and experience;
· Strong digital knowledge within the mobile landscape
· Experience of the search to book journey
· Experience managing product backlogs
· Broad digital product development experience
· Good technical understanding of platform technologies
· Experience working across a matrix team
· Knowledge of development in a high volume transactional environment
· Understanding of split testing and conversion rate optimisation
· Google Analytics & Microsoft excel experience
· Experience working for a large organisation in a Product environment
· Proven record of developing online functionality to support revenue streams
· Experience of delivering against Product Management KPIs
