Working for a Charity ins south east London that supports the local community.

Tasks include:
Checking emails
Greeting and welcoming clients
Servicing meetings
Undertaking research
Take incoming calls and attend to clients on the phone or face to face
Display all local services leaflets on the table.
Reception duties
Support with clients
Call existing clients every week to check on them. Log all the contact or update on clients observations note
Monitor the use of computer and printing facilities
Report any damages or issues to the relevant people
Provide support with the food bank team when required
