IARS is currently looking for young people who would be interested in the following areas of work to join our team as interns:
- Communications, Social Media and Campaigns Intern
- Youth Projects Intern - Youth Advisory Board Member
- Justice Projects Intern
What will you do as an intern?
IARS works with around 200 diverse young people every year. Interning with IARS it is all about making a real difference.
Receive training and accreditation
Conduct youth-led research
Engage in advocacy work and policy development
Speak at events
Campaign and represent issues
Organise youth-led events
Develop project management and leadership skills
In order to be considered email your CV and your covering letter indicating the area that you would be interested in working by 15 January at 5pm;
- All interns are deemed to be volunteers and are entitled to be reimbursed up to £7.50 per day for travel expenses (off-peak travelcard) and up to £5 for lunch
- Volunteering hours are flexible between 10am-7pm
- Internships can vary from 1 day to 3 month
