The Food Initiative is a rapidly expanding high end and sustainable event catering company specialising in creative briefs, and one of the UK’s leading street food caterers. We cater a wide variety of events from corporate functions to serving our award-winning burgers from unique, retro Airstreams through to gala dinners, canapé events and Netflix roadshows with 1,000+ attendees – often working alongside some of the top event agencies and at major venues across the UK.
Our team, led by TFI’s founder and executive head chef Mark Jankel, works alongside Michelin star and high-end restaurant trained chefs to create any type of menu to fit a client’s wishes, which provides a brilliant opportunity for any member of our team to experience many different aspects of the events industry.
The Food Initiative is growing rapidly, and being a part of such a fast-growing business creates the perfect opportunity for a passionate Events Management undergraduate to join our team and learn the most that you can from a year in the industry.
