DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS:
Position Overview:
1. Manufacturing Process- Produce Beverage Base Part 1 manufactured in Powderproduction line and ensure that products are produced in compliance withprogram and SOP based on KORE - Manage metal detector, dust collector usedfor powder production line- Periodically calibrate and inspect weight balancerto ensure an exact filling amount- Maintain work areas and equipment in asanitary condition by implementing GMP, and preventive maintenance program-Observe the activities for safety including safety education and safetymeasures in handling equipment and hazardous materials - Conduct the inventorytransactions in SAP for materials required for manufacturing BB - Manage tokeep high inventory accuracy - Maintain the plant machinery and equipmentin a good condition all the time through the implementation of the preventivemaintenance program- Eliminate labels on empty container for keeping secret ofmaterial information 2. Operational Improvement- Improve powdermanufacturing processes continuously by applying OE - Maintain the facilityand equipment in powder line for improving GMP - Make and collect keyperformance indicators periodically such as SPC, BB sales/production, PDR,productivity, MFG facility environments - Learn and program, SOP for FantaRoom operation and update it in necessary 3. People Management andDevelopment - Support Dry part Leader to develop associate#s personaldevelopment plan and execute own performance plan - Conduct OJT based onVSM for production associates to enhance skill competency thru formalevaluation process for competency level - Build up efficient team workenvironment to enhance productivity
