DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS:

Position Overview:

This position is part of APAC HR Operation within Global Business Services (GBS). The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for ensuring and driving performance quality in HR operations.  This role will be integral in partnering with other functional groups within Global Business Services (GBS) to ensure the accuracy of overall HR data and processes. 

Key Responsibilities

·  Quality assurance – proactive focus on ensuring data integrity and quality through data audit, analysis, & reporting, and partnership with relevant internal functions.
·  Reporting & Analytics - creation, analysis, & interpretation of metrics & reporting. Regular and ad hoc reporting and analytics for multiple audiences (team, leadership, etc.), including dashboard creation, deriving insights, and making recommendations.
·  Audits of information and data inputs and outputs including quarterly monitoring of access & security of tools (SAP, Salesforce, SharePoint, shared drives, external vendor sites).
·  Review external audit findings and create mitigation plans.
·  Ownership and management of defect process within GBS HR APAC.
·  Responsibility for defining, documenting and over-seeing controls.
·  Partnership with external functions & vendors (including Controls and Compliance, Data Governance, Service Center Reporting Team) to ensure adherence to GBS HR Governance model.

What you need to be successful

·  3 years or more experience in Quality Assurance/Control is required
·  Experienced in Reporting and Analytics; immediate to advanced Excel expertise
·  Exposure in providing support for internal and external audits.
·  Immediate to advanced Excel expertise
·  Bachelor’s degree
