Position Overview:

The Hubert’s Activation Team Lead (HAT) will assist the Field Marketing Manager to manage an assigned territory of brand & college ambassadors as well as execute field marketing activity in the assigned territory through in-store demo activity, guerilla sampling, working events and product deliveries. The main responsibilities of role are to increase awareness of the brand through constant consumer interaction and sampling, assist in event execution while maintaining strong relationships on behalf of the brand. This role will also involve coordinating team calendars, collecting photos and information for post-activity recaps, as well as co-management of multiple people.  The ideal candidate is a goal-oriented, hands-on individual who can quickly establish relationships and manage a growing field team. They will have a thirst for excellence and have a passion for the sweet life with a desire to succeed in making Hubert’s Lemonade the #1 lemonade brand in the country.

Essential Job Duties:


• Actively generate trial & brand awareness of Hubert’s Lemonade through guerilla sampling, sampling at events, in-store demos, account seeding and influencer seeding

• Manage and motivate a group of ambassadors and interns in assigned territory

• Develop strong rapport with field staff and management through consistent and professional communication

• Achieve established success metrics outlined by the program region to deliver execution with excellence

• Maintain reporting inclusive of the following: scheduling, activity recaps, execution insights, key learnings and best practices, ambassador performance, coaching and follow up

• Create, build and maintain strategic relationships with partners, retailers and sales team in order to grow the Hubert’s Lemonade brand in the assigned territory

• Manage product inventory and resources to achieve established goals

• Keep abreast and report on products, category, innovation, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends

• Partner with sales on developing local initiatives and product launches with distributors

• Identify opportunities to improve consumer experience both in store and in market

• Deliver execution with excellence

• Be social media savvy to assist with social media with content tied to field marketing execution

• Bring the JOY of the Hubert’s brand to life through their actions and activations on a daily basis

• Other related duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• 1-3 years’ experience in field marketing, preferably in the beverage industry

• 1+ year(s) of management experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business, Marketing or Communications

• Experience in promotional marketing or event execution

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, typical work week varies from week to week and includes early mornings, nights and most weekends

• Must live in the market - strong geographic knowledge of the market is a must; familiarity with greater region a plus

• Proven knowledge of broker, distributor and retail customers

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to establish good relationships and credibility with managers, customers and brokers; ability to collaborate at all levels

• Excellent at managing time, priorities and expenses

• Able to work independently while being a team player

• A clean driving record

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

• Ability to drive company vehicle for up to 4 hours at a time

• Proficiency using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Flexibility to travel as needed
