DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS:
Position Overview:
The Freestyle Operations Manager is responsible for Subject Matter Expertise/consultation to customers and account teams on all matters related to technical equipment specifications and installation requirements of company and customer controlled assets for local, region and other customers as mutually identified with Sales, NFO and CCSS Leadership. Additionally, identifies key drivers of service in order to create solutions to Freestyle equipment related expense that decrease costs, increase quality and deliver additional profit to the customer and The Coca-Cola Company.
High degree of collaboration with Region and LMP Sales Team, Region Finance on CCFS execution and a wide array of beverage platforms.
Responsible for reviewing outlet survey information and/or good faith estimate results to provide a top line summary for sharing with Sales and making recommendations to overcome obstacles such as ice maker, hard plumbing, modem booster, etc.to ensure successful equipment and beverage area conversion.
Responsible for After the Sale In-Outlet Execution:
• Operational Lead for Freestyle Execution for LMP and Region Customers
• Delivering Outlet Plan for all Region and LMP Client Groups
• Provide deep technical expertise and understanding for equipment platforms, equipment performance and functionality.
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise/consultation on next steps regarding site preparation needs, 3 rd party roles (e.g., Davaco, Footprint, Ice Maker, Water Filter, etc.), connectivity solutions and other watch outs/risks for installation
• Develop execution and/or project plans for successful execution of initiatives
Manage post installation activities (e.g., relocations, removals, replacements, flavor changes, etc.).
Education
Minimum Required: BS/BA or equivalent work experience
Preferred Level: BS/BA
Experience
Minimum Required: 2 years project management experience or customer operational management experience
Preferred Level: 3+ years project management experience and customer operational management experience
