Production Assistant position
Internship London (Greater London) Administration
Job description
• Assist the Producer and Directors with the day to day management of the show.
• Act as performer liaison officer with the international talent.
• Assist with the collection and scouting of props for our weekly show.
• Assist the Stage Manager with the running and scheduling of rehearsals and workshops.
• Assistance with auditions and casting.
• Maintain all performer documents (personal details, contact sheets, right to work checks, contracts, etc.)
• Manage the on-site performer apartment.
• Ensure all dressing room supplies are full and restocked when necessary.
• Assist the Producer with availability checks.
• Manage and organise all out of town performers travel itineraries.
The position would require to you to be in the offices 3 days a week, ideally Monday to Wednesday, 10am to 6pm. I would also recommend that you choose one night a week to come in and shadow one of the stage management crew to see how the running of our theatre takes place in a night club environment.
We offer the production intern all expenses covered and lunch allowance. The internship has a duration of 3 months, with the possibility of an on-going position in the production department if the candidate shows great initiative and desire to help further our show as the most notorious, late night theatre in London.
