Job description

This is a 6 month internship on a part-time basis paying £10 per hour with the potential to convert to a permanent job. Flexible working hours & remote working arrangement available.

Position Overview

We are a young and dynamic beauty company operating primarily in the E-commerce space, with seriously impressive profit metrics within 12 months of operations.

We are looking for a Customer Operations Specialist rockstar to connect with our customers - answering questions, resolving issues, and making personalized product recommendations. We are also looking for a hungry and eager-to-learn multi-tasker who can help problem-solve operational issues. Our Customer Operations Specialists are the heart of our business and have a major impact on our continued success.

Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries with high quality, speed, and accuracy – across several channels, including chat, email, and social media
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with the utmost care and respect by listening to their problems and offering creative resolutions
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled and delivered by liaising with warehouse personnel
• Share customer feedback and information with other team members in order to continuously improve and evolve the customer experience
• Contribute to a positive, energetic team culture

• A happy, positive attitude that empowers you to assist our customers every day
• Has lived or worked in North America a plus
