Are you an IT Professional that enjoys solving complex problems? Amazon is looking for Systems Engineers that can use their technical expertise to develop tools and automate IT processes to improve the support of our research and development teams in fulfillment center technology.

Local IT within the fulfillment center is responsible for providing Tier 1 to Tier 3 support, including server and network infrastructure, end-user support, robotics, imaging, and other specialized technical services. The support provided by this team will have global reach and support projects that have an impact on tens of thousands of Amazon employees. Overview:
As a Systems Engineer I, you will support advanced research and development projects and technologies covering a wide range of job functions. These technologies include but are not limited to advanced robotics, automation, camera systems, networking, prototyping, and more. You will assist in testing these technologies within the Amazon infrastructure platforms and you will assist in troubleshooting complex issues.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or relevant work experience.
· 5 years plus of distributed system management experience
· 2 year plus of systems integration experience
· 2 year plus of Linux systems administration experience
