ACTIVE COSMETICS DIVISION
Region: Zachodniopomorskie, dolnośląskie, wielkopolskie,
kujawsko-pomorskie, łódzkie
Home location: Poznań
We expect that you succeed in:
· Determining sales targets and monitor the achievement of objectives, ensuring the achievement of sales turnover;
· Recruiting, developing and managing team;
· Ensuring development of sales expertise and know-how;
· Coaching the sales team in the field;
· Ensuring a perfect link between field force and headquarters in order to implement distribution and sales strategy of the brands;
· Developing strong relationships and managing major clients;
· Informing management about any relevant field news (competition initiatives, distribution).
You’re the perfect match, if you:
· Have at least 5 years of experience in the sales environment with a minimum of 3 years in sales team management;
· Have experience and knowledge of pharmaceutical industry will be an asset
· Have understanding of brand equity & marketing strategy;
· Have good knowledge of market & channel specifics;
· Have strong analytical skills;
· Have ability to manage complexity;
· Have influencing and negotating skills;
· Have strong communication and networking skills;
· Have flexibility, desire to learn, strong self-motivation;
· Have communicative English.
