We are currently looking for a Program Administrator to join the Thales Avionics, a subsidiary of Thales USA team in Irvine, CA.

The Program Administrator will discover efficient ways to organize, store and manage data. The candidate will grasp the complexity of data management and should be able to demonstrate experience of working with contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and enforce policies for effective data management
• Formulate techniques for data collection to ensure, accuracy and legitimacy of data
• Establish rules and procedures for data sharing with upper management, external stakeholders etc.
• Support others in the daily use of data management and ensure adherence to legal and company standard
• Assist with reports and data extraction when needed
• Creating and enforcing policies for effective data management
• Contribute as a core member of the PMO team and support activities relating to its performance

Skills and Experience:
• Undergraduate degree with minimum of 5 years of data management, program management and/or PMO experience; or equivalent combination.
• Proficient in operating a PC with common applications, i.e., MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Project (Primavera preferred).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Primavera and PMBI preferred).
• Adequate written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively maintain working relationships.
