We are currently looking for an Intern – Development Program Management (Database Admin) to join the Thales Inflyt Experience team in Irvine .

The role of the Intern – Development Program Management (Database Admin) will be to support the Development Program Managers to implement two programs we are bringing on for digital transformation with Smartsheets and Salesforce. This position is essential to support these programs moving forward with Jet Blue and ACA. This person will be essential in setting up the tracking of features and other deliverables for customers in deployment of software and capabilities defined in the current ground infrastructure for Inflyt Cloud, Salesforce and Smartsheets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Act as a Salesforce and Smartsheets Database Administrator: Identify database requirements by interviewing customers; analyzing department applications, programming, and operations
· Assist in the development, release, management and control of various types of project and/or department related documentation (with regard to onboarding users to the programs)
· Assist by supporting various types of communications within Program Management and between Customer Service, Sales. Facilities etc…, i.e., receive, assess, and distribute correspondence to appropriate parties eventually utilizing the tool to implement movement across the organization
· Coordinate with other departments within the organization as instructed.
· Prepares users by conducting training; providing information; resolving problems
· Provides information by answering questions and requests
· Participate in meetings and perform meeting relevant tasks, e.g., meeting notices, meeting minutes, action item list, action item follow up, etc
· Work in a cooperative and transparent manner
· Support other various initiatives (Lean, process improvement, etc.).
· Participate in training to enhance skills needed to perform the required work effort

Required Skills and Experience:

· Pursing Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or similar field from an accredited university.
· Minimum GPA 3.0 out of 4.0
· Program/Project Management background with an understanding of its practices, methods and principles is preferred
· Experience with Salesforce is a plus
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Word, Project & Visio)
· Must be process oriented and particularly skilled in use of computers as this is an integral part of this job
· Be organized, able to take instructions, work in a time sensitive environment, and be able to solve problems independently or/and under limited supervision
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work independently as well as in teams with members of other engineering and non-engineering teams
