We currently have a very exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Training Course Developer to join our high performing OneSKY training team. In this busy and challenging role you will be responsible for completing job specifications, designing the training curriculum and developing courseware. Your key areas of responsibility will include:

-Leading the Thales OneSKY Project technical training team whilst determining the training and assessment solution

-Design of the OneSKY Project training and assessment system framework

-Provide key technical input during project milestones to produce effective and efficient training solutions

You will be joining the OneSKY team at an exciting time as we develop the next generation of air traffic management systems. We are a global organisation that is committed to excellence and this is a pivotal role that will both reward and challenge you.

Special Requirements:

-At a minimum diploma level qualified in either Electronics and Communications Engineering or Technical and Avionics Engineering

- Prior experience in creating technical reports and corrective action plans

- Experience in delivering training in sectors such as air traffic control, aviation telecommunications, radar and radio navigation

-Able to undertake occasional short term domestic travel in support of project and bid activities

-Must have or be eligible for a security clearance, therefore this role is only open to Australian Citizens
