The Role

Tesla is seeking a rock-star Systems Architect (ATS & Recruiting Technology) to act as a key project member for the implementation of our HR systems and assist with all facets of and maintaining a comprehensive HRIS and suite of HR systems. You will commit to the development of the system both from a functional perspective as well as through feedback from users. In this role, you will serve as a technical partner and provide ongoing maintenance and administration for various HR systems. You will encompass a skillful balance of creativity and analytics, hoping to make a huge impact on our growing organization!

Desired Skills and Experience

• BA/BS degree with a strong academic record preferred or the equivalent in experience

• Workday experience is a plus

• Experience implementing a recruiting tech core (Oracle, Workday, iCIMS, or similar)

• Understanding ofrecruitingbusiness process to offer impactful and efficient solutions

• Lead multiple phases of testing, to include writing test plans and test scripts, performing system testing and supporting user testing

• Passionate about solving challenges by using technology solutions

• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize and handle projects in a rapidly changing environment

• Excellent verbal and communication skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality

• Ability to interact to all levels of the organization in a professional manner
