The Role

As Remarketing AR Specialist for Tesla Motors, you will have the opportunity to shape and deliver on a strategy to engineer an innovative solution to market previously owned Tesla products, and handle our vehicle trade-in business. Your responsibilities will include reporting of document ownership, process flow, and accounts receivable, weekly reporting with updates to upper management and driving the necessary business partners for vehicle trade-ins and acting as a conduit on our behalf for those business relationships. Furthermore, the Remarketing AR Specialist role will be responsible for tracking and resolving outstanding payment issues and generate weekly aging reports in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

·Managing large AR collection with many vendors around the country

·Make daily collection calls and emails between business partners

·Weekly aging reports of payment processing and incoming receivables

·Conduct account research and analysis

·Prepare and maintain various reports and dashboards

·Maintain an accurate aging report

·Identify and execute the necessary process adjustments

·Send statement to outstanding business partners

·Interact with business partners to resolve outstanding issues

·Work with internal accounting teams to resolve issues and build processes

Desired profile

Requirements

·2+ Years of experience in accounts receivables within the automotive industry, exposure to the used car business will be considered as an additional asset.

·Superior attention to detail under tight deadlines and comfortable in a fast paced working environment.

·Proficient with Excel.

·Familiarity with Salesforce is recommended.

·Strong communication skills, able to work independently and under pressure.

·Extremely well self-organized, precise and accurate, hands-on.

·Knowledge of general accounting principles.
