Logistics Coordinator

Tesla, headquartered in Palo Alto, CA, develops high-performance electric vehicles, stationary energy storage systems, and solar energy technology. The focus is to reduce the environmental impact of transportation and electric energy use by accelerating the adoption of electric vehicle, energy storage, and solar technologies. Tesla’s stationary storage and solar electricity business unit (Energy Products) is focused on increasing levels of dispatchable renewable electricity generation. The suite of battery systems developed by Tesla also performs a variety of other high value functions for utilities, businesses, and residential customers.

The role

Our Logistic coordinator is an important support for our Energy Storage and Distribution team. She/He will be responsible for the day to day Inbound and Outbound logistic operations ensuring we are providing our customer with an amazing experience.

Tasks apply to the job

Responsible for the administrative support for logistics transport and distribution of energy products across EMEA. Processes freight claims.

Be the pillar who will support our warehouse replenishment model - Enter and manage inbound/outbound orders - Monitor flow of material

Be a vehicle of customer satisfaction by ensuring orders are delivered in time and in full, within agreed specification

Be the lead who will handle inquiries and complaints from our customers/sales organization – Day to Day Management of logistics cases

Continuous improvement processes with our logistics partners

Continuous improvement of our internal process or systems

Desired profile

Requirements

2 -3 years’ experience in a dynamic logistics and/or customer service environment;

Experience working in an international environment

Fluent in English and any other European language (French, German preferred)

Education MBO-HBO in Supply Chain/logistic

Multi- tasking, result oriented, resilient positive and dynamic individual

Good communication and analytical skills
