The Role

Tesla is looking for a motivated Real Estate Paralegal / Lease Administration Coordinator to join our dynamic Legalgroup. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete high volumes of tasks and projects quickly and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require high level administrative support.

Responsibilities

·Abstract lease agreements with accuracy

·Initiate repair and maintenance requests and determine responsibility of same.

·Responsible for setting up utility services and track globally

·Maintain physical and electronic lease document storage system

·Partner closely with internal Tesla departments, inter-office partners Finance, Facilities, Legal and Tax

·Initiate vendor and landlord set-up and partner with Finance

·Initiate lease required insurance certificates and track compliance

·Strong eye for detail, descriptions and process

·Effective communicator, verbal & written

·Minimal travel may be required

Desired profile

Requirements

·Associates degree or higher in relevant area of study and/or equivalent experience and evidence of exceptional ability.

·Commercial real estate experience preferred.

·Minimum of two years’ experience in a fast paced, detail orientated and team environment.

·Ability to work with minimal supervision.

·Effective with working independently, multiple team and cross functional environment.

·Strong organizational & communication skills.

·Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint experience & working knowledge required.

·International experience beneficial.

·Professional demeanor, strong communication, writing and presentation skills.

·A creative problem solver who is flexible and open to new ideas and new approaches.

·Display a clear sense of priority and achieving quality work under pressure.

·This position requires self-direction, ability to prioritize and excellent organizational abilities.

·Must be able to maintain a high degree of personal integrity, confidentially and professionalism.

·Ability to work independently, accurately, and efficiently in performing task or duties as assigned to completion.

·Demonstrated excellent clerical, writing and editing skills, and strong organizational skills.

·Ability to adapt and work in an ever-changing environment.
