The Role

Tesla, Inc. has a terrific opportunity for a motivated Lease Administration Coordinator (Commercial Real Estate) to join our dynamic Legal group in our Amsterdam HQ. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects quickly and to react with appropriate urgency to situations and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

·  Review and process rental payments and work with Accounts Payable to completion
·  Submit sales reporting requirements per lease agreements
·  Maintain physical and electronic lease document storage system
·  Partner closely with internal Tesla departments Accounts Payable, Real Estate, Construction and Risk Management and Legal
·  Initiate vendor and landlord set-ups if requested
·  Initiate lease required insurance certificates and track compliance of same
·  Abstract real estate lease agreements with accuracy
·  Request lease required insurance coverage per internal policy
·  Strong eye for detail, descriptions and process
·  Effective communicator, oral & written

Desired profile

Requirements

·  Minimum of two years’ experience in a fast paced, detail orientated and team environment.
·  Experience in a commercial real estate environment.
·  Ability to interpret key real estate lease terms.
·  Ability to work with minimal supervision.
·  Effective with working independently, multiple team and cross functional environment.
·  Strong organizational & communication skills.
·  Accounts Payable experience strongly preferred.
·  Microsoft Office proficient.
·  Evidence of exceptional ability.
