The Role

Audit Compliance and Quality Management System Maintenance assures consistent quality of manufacturing by developing and enforcing good practices by validating processes through auditing. Maintain the Quality/Business Management System documentation and records to ensure ISO 9001 as well as legal and regulatory industry compliance.

Responsibilities

·  Ensure that processes needed for the Quality Management System (QMS) are established, implemented and maintained.
·  Report to top management on the performance of the QMS and any need for
·  Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization
·  Liaise with the external assessment body on all matters related to the external accreditation process.
·  Ensure that a document control procedure is adopted to approve, review and update all changes to critical documents within the scope of the BMS.
·  Ensure that records are established and maintained to provide evidence that the BMS is being followed and that there is a system in place for the identification, storage, protection, retrieval, retention time and disposition of such records.
·  Ensure that the performance of the BMS is reviewed at planned intervals to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness. This review means assessing opportunities for improvement and the need for changes to the BMS
·  Ensure that Quality Objectives are set by top management for measuring the performance of the BMS and that these are regularly reviewed.
·  Ensuring that a quality management system, which meets the requirements of all foreign soil markets and their Implementation Rules for Compulsory Certification of Motor Vehicle, is established, implemented and maintained.

Desired profile

Requirements

·  Associates Degree
·  Experience/awareness in ISO 9001 or similar quality systems
·  Ability to quickly analyze information
