Description

The Assistant Compliance Administrator will be responsible for collecting, verifying, submitting, and tracking the approval of sales licensing applications. This person will communicate regularly with new sales hires and their leadership to ensure that each is properly licensed in the jurisdiction in which they work. This individual will have experience working independently and driving the execution of tasks as well as working with a team to assist in the completion of project deliverables.

Responsibilities

·  Creating and executing sales licensing procedures to ensure all applicable sales personnel are properly licensed at all times
·  Educating new hires on the licensing requirements for their position
·  Reviewing applications for completeness and accuracy prior to submission
·  Submitting said applications and tracking their progress through issuance
·  Supporting ad hoc projects, as needed, for licensing department
·  Document processing and retention
·  Weekly reconciliation of department checkbook
·  Providing compliance reporting as needed to manager

Requirements:

·  Proven ability to work independently to drive results (both manage and execute projects) in a fast paced environment
·  Previous office experience required
·  Proven capability of managing multiple priorities effectively and efficiently with ability to perform under tight deadlines and demonstrate problem solving approach
·  Exceptional oral and written communication skills and presentation abilities
·  High attention to detail
·  Exceptional organizational skills and high detail orientation
·  Excellent customer service skills required
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
·  Proven skills in using Microsoft Office
·  Regular, reliable and predictable attendance required
·  Evidence of exceptional ability
