The Digital Products team is transforming the way people purchase automotive and energy products. Are you a highly organized person with experience in SCRUM? If so, we are seeking a Project Coordinator/Project Manager to join our team as we deliver extraordinary customer experiences at scale. In this role, you will use your strong organization and documentation skills to facilitate productivity and communication between teams. Specific responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:

·  Act as Scrum Master for one to three teams
·  Challenge, coach and guide teams using agile and lean principles
·  Reduce churn to promote productivity
·  Communicate well across a growing, scaling, worldwide organization
·  Identify cross functional dependencies

Desired profile

Requirements:

·  BS/BA or greater and/or equivalent work experience
·  Experience working with SCRUM
·  Well organized mindset and process oriented
·  2+ years experience with SCRUM or preferred, functioning as a SCRUM master
·  Strong documentation skills
·  Facilitation Skills
·  Communicating clearly and concisely
·  Working within an agile software engineering environment
·  Ability to ask the right questions at the right time
·  Evidence of exceptional ability
