Main Responsibilities

As an Optical Assistant, you are there to help customers through their journey with us

As part of this it is your responsibility to ensure that as an Optical Assistant;

·  Customers are cared for every step of the way to ensure that their journey is seamless.
·  Customers leave our store feeling valued and satisfied.
·  Customers are always able to get the products they need.

You will also get involved with;

·  Managing the clinic diary
·  Completing eye health screening
·  Active clinic management
·  Promote the department
