About The Job

We are looking for an exceptional Merchandise administrator to support one of our category teams. Whilst giving support to the heads of the category you will also be providing administrative duties to the wider team so you will have past experience of a team administrator's role and enjoy the exposure this will bring.

Main Responsibilities

Your day to day duties will include but are not limited to:

·  Maintaining product information.
·  Maintaining cost trackers and inputting price data.
·  Maintaining promotions administration.
·  Checking data integrity on our systems and processes.
·  Involvement with Merchandising process.

·  Because of the wide ranging responsibilities and the input you will have into guiding and managing the team's workload, we are looking for someone with absolute discretion and the ability to work proactively and assertively.
·  You'll be able to match those abilities with excellent interpersonal skills, confidence, positivity and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
·  Experience of arranging travel and meetings is essential and of course, you will have strong IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook applications.
·  You will display excellent communication skills and keenly enjoy working with the wider team. In short, you will make the Category's work life run smoothly.
