PURPOSE:

Summarize briefly the major function and purpose of the position.
Keeps accurate records of incoming and outgoing equipment and parts.

ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS:

What are the minimum qualifications an employee must have in order to perform the duties of the position? (I.e. educational requirements, licenses, certification, work experience, training etc.)
Ability to comprehend internal documents and compare to order being shipped.
One year related experience (shipping/export/inventory).
PC experience preferred.
Forklift and crane experience preferred.

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS :

What training will an employee need to perform the duties of the position?
Knowledge of Operating Procedures and quality standards
SAP training
Knowledge of freight carrier and export shipping requirements.
START Safety Program, TechnipFMC Material Handling Equipment Training.
Industrial Standards Organization (ISO) and American Petroleum Institute (API) Training.

Coordinates shipping dates and material received with Distribution Coordinators and Project Managers.


SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITY:

Supervision of shipping/receiving personnel. Responsible for following set procedures and processes in regards to established Safety and Quality standards.
How are errors detected and what is possible impact of those errors?
Errors are detected through quality inspections and customer's findings. Errors can result in delays of equipment ship dates and FNCR's due to inaccurate shipment of equipment. Impact of errors can result in loss of future orders and rig down time.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Describe general working conditions (i.e. noise level, temperature, around heavy machinery)
Spends 75% of time in warehouse and yard. Exposed to possible shop hazards including high noise, heavy equipment, chemicals and warehouse traffic. Spends 25% of time in a temperature controlled office environment.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Describe amount & frequency of physical requirements of the position (i.e. lifting, pushing, climbing)
Stands walks and bends 100% of time. Lifts up to 50 pounds manually, uses crane or lifting device for over 50 pounds.

Duties and Responsibilities

Processes inventory paperwork to pull and stage parts for shipments to customers and field locations on a daily basis.

E

Pulls parts from inventory for shipment or assembly.

E

Compares customer order with packing list and ensures correct quantity and description.

E

Packs product in box or crate wrapping or using filler to prevent shifting and damage and meets customer, freight carrier and customs specifications.

E

Ensures that the proper documentation is inside the box, seals and labels or stencils the container with all destination information required.

E

Weighs and measures the container and notes dimensions on bill of lading.

E

Follows guidelines to ensure cost effective utilization of carriers.

E

Checks in inventory and ensures it is stored properly.

E

Maintains inventory and performs physical inventory counts to ensure system accuracy.

E

Ensures safe work practices and good housekeeping procedures are being followed.

E

Ensures warehouse security is maintained.

E

Stage frac equipment rentals for deployment and recording serial numbers.

Inventory receiving in SAP (MIGO)

Work with inventory supervisor on current and future projects

Work with Frac Asset specialist on current and future projects

Incoming inspection, verifies quantity and description received against vendor packing slips.

Participates in the “on-call” rotation for Warehouse and Service calls.
