As part of the tendering strategy aiming at increasing the conversion rate of proposals into business by reinforcing the marketing team, we are looking for a Tendering Marketing Apprentice.

You will be joining the Tendering team repaorting to the Tendering Marketing Officer. You will be interacting internally with Proposals managers, Capture managers and all actors on proposals including Business Development. You will participate in various proposals and department improvement actions.

You will work under close supervision of the Tendering Marketing Officer. You will coordinate the preparation of promotional mediums aiming at enhancing the attractiveness and the salability of Technip France / Regional tenders and ultimately increasing the GET ratio by creating clear and structured communication channels and means focusing on tender strategy dynamics versus client requirements and expectations.

Must have:

•A professional experience

•Proficiency in writing marketing mediums

•Advanced skills in office desktop automation tools

•Good business understanding

•Creative, meticulous, capability to manage her/his time and to manage priorities

•Solid oral and written communication skills in English

•Team oriented spirit

Nice to have:

•Energy Industry experience

•Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop

Mission and responsibilities:

In close coordination with the Proposal Manager, Capture Manager and the Tendering Marketing Officer, is participating in the definition of the tender marketing strategy and key messages to be developed based on Customer’s expectations and competition profile

Is responsible for preparing tenders promotional material:

•Brochures: Detailed and executive summaries

•3D print-outs

•Videos

•Applications

•Presentations

•Other

Is participating in the collection and analysis of the Customer’s reactions and evolutions during the proposal preparation to follow the trend and adjust the marketing strategy

Is participating in the development of the database of commercial documents in support to the Win-it group:

·Preparing standard “off the shelf” brochures or other medium on recurrent and transversal topics that can be presented to Customers at various stages of a Prospect or Tender Phase, to better sell TECHNIPFMC capabilities and experience in various fields of expertise (financing, local content, open book process, roll over schemes from PreFEED to FEED or FEED to EPC, etc…)
