Office environment, occasional time maybe spent in field/warehouse meeting with personnel . 70%

- 80% of time spent on computer. 20% -30% of time spent problem solving/communicating with personnel.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY AREAS (Depending on the work load, the position could encompass all of the areas listed below, or a combination of duties.):

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for all vehicle and personnel assignments in the telematics system

Responsible for creating and maintaining all alerts and reports in the telematics system

Assist Operations and Fleet in investigating GPS violations and motor vehicle accidents

Responsible for analyzing GPS data and reporting to Operations on violations and trends

Responsible for coordinating installation and removal of GPS units from fleet vehicles

Assist Operations in tracking employees' progress on behavior improvement corrective actions

Create monthly PowerPoint reports to consolidate analytical findings

Hours of Service auditing and reporting

Work with Trimble and Operations on reported variances in system speed vs reported actual speed

limits
