DEPARTMENT:

Reports globally and operationally to the Supervisor, NMC and, if applicable, to a nominated local manager for site process requirements. Physical location for this position is Hyderabad.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Fulfills all NMC Technician I (press operator) job requirements and also has the ability to independently work with limited supervision in inspection.

·  Operates compression molding machines according to TechnipFMC operations. Wears hot gloves and heat resistant sleeves during operation of machinery.
·  Applies and develops basic skills in procedures, techniques, tools, materials and/or equipment.
·  Must be able to read and understand DBI's, drawings, Quality and Engineering Specs.
·  Must have some experience with using PI tapes, Vernier caliper, durometers, pneumatic grinders, and other inspection tools.
·  Must be able to trim seals, and have sound knowledge and understanding of seal non-conformance.
·  Must be proficient with the use of SAP and Microsoft Office.
·  Preserve and protect material as per TechnipFMC requirement.
·  Maintain seal traceability by utilizing Microsoft Access and SAP for general data entry.
·  Material movement including loading and unloading, and moving material from location to location by carrying, pushing, rolling or operating hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors or other material handling equipment.
·  Interprets and actions manufacturing routings
·  Operates multiple machines in assigned work cell.
·  Material preservation and protection.
·  Responsible for ensuring material flow of product meets organizational requirements.
·  Utilizes SAP and MES for general data entry

MAIN TASKS:
·  Moves materials from location to location as instructed by carrying, pushing, rolling or operating hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, motorized conveyors or other material handling equipment. Loads and unloads trucks according to established safety and operating procedures. Responsible for adhering to material protection standards during the transport and storage of material.
·  Processes paperwork to record transaction.
·  Cleans up components after assembly according to TechnipFMC specifications and verbal or written instructions.
·  Promotes TechnipFMC's core values, safety culture and quality standards.
·  Use e-mail and company intranet for basic communication tasks.
·  Learns procedures and practices safety to prepare for next level
·  Assists other Operators as assigned in more advanced functions as part of training.
·  Practices good housekeeping in assigned area and properly disposes of waste according to safety and environmental policies.
·  Promptly reports any operational problems or safety issues with machinery, tools or equipment to Team Leader.
·  Utilizes mobile bar code scanner device to process material movements.
·  Completes all assigned training in a timely manner.
·  Operates with integrity and represents TechnipFMC Core Values daily.

REQUIREMENTS:
·  High school diploma or equivalent required.
·  Experience in a similar environment with similar equipment preferred.
·  Able to read, write and comprehend written and verbal English language (Safety, Quality & Operational instructions).
·  Able to perform moderately complex math calculations.
·  Must possess mechanical aptitude; prior experience with heavy machinery in a manufacturing environment preferred.
·  Proficient in comprehending internal documents such as Movement Forms, Drawings, Quality specifications and technical documents.
·  SAP experience within IM/WM preferred.
·  Ability to operate High Torque Wrenches, Overhead Cranes, Jib Cranes, Forklifts, and Rigging.
·  Ability to use hand tools, power tools and measuring devices such as tapes, rulers and pressure gauges.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Shop environment. High noise level. May work with high-pressure equipment and chemicals. May be subject to inclement weather conditions (heat, cold, etc.).

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, pushing upward, crawling in confined workspace, walking and lifting daily. • Stands 75% of the time. Frequently bends, stoops and lifts 50 to 75 pounds.
