Job Title:

T-MOS Quality Engineer

Job Purpose:


Provide day to day Quality support to Asset Streams, Departments and Projects in T-MOS Division, ensuring TechnipFMC Quality requirements are complied with.
Undertake other duties as required by Department Manager / Lead.

Reporting lines and interactions:

Hierarchically reports to:

T-MOS Quality Manager

Operationally reports to:

T-MOS Quality Lead

Directly supervises:

Quality Associates

Key interactions (internally, externally):

T-MOS Quality Department, Business Units, T-MOS Asset Streams / Departments, Subcontractors and Suppliers.

Main accountabilities:

·  Liaise with Asset Streams / Departments and Projects on all Quality aspects affecting operations.
·  Comply with T-MOS Procedures and the applicable TechnipFMC Business Management System processes.
·  Produce required Quailty documentation for Projects – Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans, etc. and also be responsible for reviewing Quality documentation from Suppliers on Projects.
·  Managementof NCR's including Root Cause Analysis completion and trend analysis identification and improvements.
·  Co-ordinate required inspection activities and any 3 rd party inspection personnel on Projects.
·  Be focal point between Project and any regulatory bodies in terms of certification.
·  Undertake site visits as required by the Project and/or Department Manager.
·  Prepare and undertake Internal and External Audits as required by the business.
·  Facilitate Customer Satisfaction Feedback sessions between Asset Managers and Projects and ensure actions are followed up and closed out.
·  Ensure Lessons Learned are captured during Projects and shared appropriately within the business.
·  Review final documentation in conjunction with discipline personnel and Document Controller.
·  In conjunction with the Project and/or Department Manager to ensure Project deliverables are handed over by the Project Team in a fully reviewed condition and in an acceptable timescale to the end user.

Qualifications (professional, technical, academic):

Essential:
·  Lead Auditor Qualification (ISO 9001)

Preferred:

·  Recognised Quality Qualification
·  Degree Qualified

Typical background and experience required:

Essential:

Ability to work on own initiative whilst also being a team player
Excellent knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Standard
Practical application of NCR Management
Excellent communication, organisational and administrative skills
Strong focus on prioritisation and effective delivery

Nice to have:

Operational experience in Oil & Gas Industry
Systematic approach to work planning and execution
