JOB PURPOSE:
¡ Provides comprehensive and coordinated solutions across all customer requirements including safety, quality, delivery and cost maintenance for all respective customer onshore and offshore activities.
¡ To establish clear customer requirements and efficiently transfer the agreed scope of work to TechnipFMCâs Subsea Services Organisation.
¡ To drive review execution performance and capture lessons learned, as required.
¡ Promotes TechnipFMC subsea capabilities, services, and products for management of customerâs assets throughout the Life of the Asset.
¡ Liaise with customer as required.
REPORTING LINES & INTERACTIONS:
Reports to: Customer Service Manager.
¡ Indirect reports: Project Cost Controller, Production Controller, Technical Service Coordinator, Document Controller and Subsea Service Engineers for the assigned asset.
¡ Participates as a fully contributing member of the Customer Services .
¡ Single point of contact between Customer and TechnipFMCâs Subsea Services Organisation for day to day operational needs ( 75% internal focus, 25% external customer focus)
¡ Establishes and develops working relationships with internal and external parties.
¡ Shares opinions, ideas and resources with others to achieve common goals; fosters teamwork and collaboration, builds trust. Fosters commitment in the face of major obstacles. Manages and motivates others.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
¡ Degree Level in engineering or related discipline preferred.
¡ Substantial oil and gas experience with a solid understanding of subsea products, offshore operations and onshore refurbishment activities preferred.
¡ Equivalent demonstrable experience gained in a similar role within a related industry
¡ Technical or engineering experience preferred and technical aptitude required
¡ Must demonstrate an understanding of project management principles, techniques and standards.
¡ Must demonstrate compliance with Company standards and expectations.
¡ Strong interpersonal, written & communication skills displaying the ability to influence others without formal authority.
¡ Strong analytical and effective negotiation skills required.
¡ Good working knowledge of SAP required.
¡ Good house-keeping skills required to ensure project documentation and files are maintained in line with Company procedures.
¡ Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adapt to a dynamic, changing environment.
¡ Self-motivated individual who possesses a strong commitment towards creating customer success.
¡ Capable of independent decision making in a timely manner.
¡ Strong commercial & contractual awareness including ability to identify deviations to agreed work scopes and subsequent preparation of Variation Orders.
JOB SCOPE:
¡ Responsible for execution of assigned work within budget and delivery.
¡ Works under minimal to moderate supervision. Uses own judgement to seek guidance from supervisor and/or colleagues where appropriate.
¡ Employs existing procedures and guidelines, independent judgement, creativity and planning methodologies, where appropriate, to ensure that forecast sales and revenue targets are met.
¡ Effective planning and management of all onshore and offshore operational related activities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
¡ Review Cost, Time & resource (CTR) quotes required to meet customer demands
¡ May prepare CTRs as requested by S & BD.
¡ Receives Purchase Orders and verifies that they are compliant with the relevant FMC CTR or customer contracts.
¡ Ensure purchase order requirements are transferred to FMC services Order and Sales order.
¡ Identifies, develops and pursues opportunities with respective customer for new business to increase market share, sales and EBIT.
¡ Drive execution of work as defined in the customer purchase order.
¡ Facilitates the Operational Readiness Reviews according to the LWI which includes, equipment readiness, spares requirements, personnel, competency required and documentation.
¡ Frequently visit customer to discuss current operations, forward planning, and Life of Field operations.
¡ Organize call off with customer in sufficient time prior to operational need.
¡ Review invoices, coordinate invoices to client and arrange discussion as required.
¡ Prepares monthly reports and internal memos to communicate and outline opportunities, to take corrective actions to resolve issues before they become problems and to assist with forecasting.
¡ Focuses on providing solutions that maximize value to customer whilst ensuring FMCâs commercial targets are met.
¡ Provides input and assistance to other functional areas including Quality, Service and Safety in order to improve processes and customer success.
¡ Demonstrates a commitment to Ethics and Company Culture.
¡ Review internal processes to ensure work is performed to best industry practice and alignment across FMC business units.
¡ Understand and comply with FMC HSE & Quality policies.
¡ Visibly show commitment to HSE & Quality through participation in safety and quality initiatives.
¡ Actively monitor their workplace on a regular basis to determine presence of hazards and take appropriate action to rectify any hazards found.
¡ Ensure all training and operations are conducted to the highest standards of safety and in accordance with Company standards and procedures.
¡ Report all incidents.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
¡ Offsite visits including requirement to work at office locations other than home base when the need arises. International travel is possible.
¡ Priority will be given to the local candidates, successful applicant from other countries will be hired under contract basis.
