RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage all operational activities within the shop with full P&L responsibility, to include flowline inspection and repair, frac rental equipment redress, wellhead equipment assembly and repair, and other in-shop service operations in support of external customer and internal services. Prioritize activities and allocate resources across the shop to ensure quality, error-free products and services to customers while meeting safety, operational and financial goals. Responsible for the on-time delivery of products and services to both internal and external customers.Responsible for developing staff, recognizing high-potential employees, and optimizing workforce shifts to provide appropriate, cost effective coverage for all required services.

MAIN TASKS:

Management
¡  Receives general guidance from Operations Managertodevelop and implement strategic plan related to employees by setting daily objectives, reporting performance against daily objectives, interpret customer standards and requirements,remove constraintsand resolve unusual and or nonrecurring problems.
¡  Enforces the standards of performance for in-shop activities set by Service Excellence Team and the Operations Manager.
¡  Partners with the sales organization in the sales, service and distribution efforts of the base.
¡  Responsible for scheduling, approving time and participating in investigations as needed.

Customer Service
¡  Work with Sales and the Asset Manager(s) to maximize availability of all revenue generating assets IAW demand planning and unplanned opportunistic rentals.
¡  Ensure that all shop activities are performed IAW the strictest standards of quality to prevent non-conformances and quality escapes to customers.
¡  Ensure that rental job documentation meets quality and timeliness requirements for success.
¡  Assist and provide input for Key Performance Indicator (KPI) presentations focusing on value to the customer.

Planning
¡  Manages all shop operational resources and allocates appropriately to maximize capacity utilization.
¡  Tracks Technical Workshop Personnel utilization and works to minimize nonproductive time.
¡  Reviews and approves invoices and purchase orders as needed, as well as purchasing of supplies and equipment.
¡  Partners with Inventory and Logistics Team to ensure that relevant inventory levels are proactively maintained to fill customer demands.
Compliance
¡  As local process owner, ensures all Shop Operators have all controlling inputs, standards and other resources required to conform to requirements.
¡  Ensures compliance with API and ISO guidelines.
¡  Participates in the Quality System and Self-Managed Impact Quality (SMIQ).

HR & Training
¡  Responsible for enforcement of and adherence to TechnipFMC Policies and Procedures, as well as Principles of Integrity and Core Values.
¡  Partners with Human Resources on personnel actions.
¡  Ensures that all employees have completed required Computer Based Training (CBT).
¡  Trains, monitors and coaches team members to improve skill level, to ensure adherence to principles, policies and standards and to improve safety, quality and process reliability in a cost-effective manner.
¡  Participates in the selection and training of new personnel.
¡  Complete internal audits, training and competency assessments on staff.
¡  Responsible for scheduling, approving time and participating in investigations as needed.

HSE
¡  Promotes corporate safety programs to help create a workplace environment that fosters a positive HSE culture.
¡  Provides guidance and direction to operating location so they meet the requirements of the HSE Policy.
¡  Participates in regular HSE audits and is responsible for the timely submission of HSE incidents into the safety reporting system.
¡  Partners with HSE to investigate HSE incidents and actively manages all corrective and preventative actions.
¡  Ensures compliance of the HSE and Quality policies and procedures by contractors and visitors.

Financial
¡  Provide inputs to the Operation Manager, in the development of equipment forecasts that compliment overall company goals and drives team to achieve committed performance results.
¡  Partner with the Sales organization to execute sales strategies for key and target accounts and aid in the compiling of information needed to prepare proposals.
¡  Partner with OperationsManager, Service Manager, Service Line Managers,and Sales to track performance of key financial indicators including compliance to cost center budget, personnel utilization, pricing, customer invoicing and collections.
¡  Collaborate with Operations and Inventory Management to monitor local purchasing, backlog status, inventory management and service utilization. Identifies opportunities for improvement.
¡  Assist Operations Management in the preparation of monthly reports and internal memos to management to communicate and outline opportunities and to take corrective actions to resolve issues before they become problems.


REQUIREMENTS:

¡  Demonstrates a high degree of initiative, judgment and resourcefulness with the ability to find creative solutions to multi-faceted and/or time sensitive problems.
¡  Demonstrates the ability to deal with numerous and changing priorities and to proactively address issues relating to personnel, capital, facilities, processes and profitability of base.
¡  Bachelor’s degree preferred and 3 plus years supervisory and industry experience or high school degree/equivalent and 5 years supervisory and industry experience.
¡  Demonstrated leadership experience in a shop environment with technical work activities.
¡  High school education or equivalent.
¡  Valid driver’s license and passport.
¡  Must be able and willing to travel and possibly relocate.
¡  Good written and oral communication skills.
¡  Must be effective in building relationships with internal and external customers.
¡  PC skills with knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software and the ability to optimize the use of technology and systems to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
¡  Must have functional understanding of performance metrics and financial reports.
¡  Must be customer focused with a strong commitment to Customer Success.
¡  For internal candidates, may not have any active disciplinary records within the past 6 months, or scored a "Needs Improvement" on most recent performance appraisal.
¡  Understands operational commitments and impact on related area.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Temperature controlled office environment, with appropriate amount of time in shop environment and / or on customer location to suitably understand and manage operations.
May be exposed to possible hazards including high noise, heavy machinery, and shop traffic.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Frequently standing and operating computer. Occasional lifting of heavy loads, up to 50 lbs. Driving vehicles.
