POSITION PURPOSE:
The TechnipFMC Employee Development Program (EDP) is a multi-year technical development program that provides entry-level engineers with direct experience in three different engineering roles, setting the foundation for early career growth and development. In each of your rotations, you will be fully-integrated in the group you are supporting, working on real projects with real responsibility, building your network, and gaining a holistic understanding of the engineering and execution processes at TechnipFMC.

The EDP consists of formal and on-the-job training, hands-on and design roles, and professional development with built-in leadership and mentorship opportunities. We will work with you to define your rotation program.
