Vacant Position as Project Engineer Instrumentation – Measurement Solutions, Kongsberg

Main Responsibilities
Design ofField Instrumentationin systems related to fiscal quantityand qualitymeasurements.
For follow up of supplier deliveries, manufacturing and assembly, and preparation of documents and drawings according to Engineering plan. Technical supervision and best practice within the work discipline. For ensuring compliance with customer requirements, government regulations and requirements set withinTechnipFMC Quality System.

Main Tasks
·  Perform review of relevant project specifications
·  Specify and prepare for purchase of instruments and equipment through company material administration system
·  Prepare and release relevant project documents as general arrangement drawings, detail design / fabrication drawings, technical data sheets, specifications
·  Initiate and carry out Design review's according to quality requirements
·  Follow up fabrication of measurement systems at fabrication yard
·  Prepare test procedures and participate in internal and external testing (FAT)
·  Participate on calibration together with customer
·  In co-operation with Project Management and Procurement, have contact with suppliers and customers to ensure a smooth progress of works

Requirements
·  Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation engineer or relevant experience
·  Open minded, communicative, analytical, and self-driven personality
·  Cultural and interpersonal knowledge
·  Fluently in Norwegian and English language, oral and writing
·  Experience in metering systems and products is an advantage
