If you are looking for a new challenge within cost control where you will utilise your experience, initiative and be able to work within a global team we have an exciting role based in our Dunfermline office.
You will be partnering with project managers locally and internationally to produce financial reporting relating to a wide variety of projects as part of a $30m programme. Specific duties include:
¡ Project reporting (for live and legacy projects)
¡ Monthly Estimate at Completion Reviews
¡ Month End closures
¡ Project close outs
¡ Process and document set up, review and maintenance
¡ Consistent review to ensure Financial Standards, US GAAP, SOX and internal control compliance
You are meant for this role if you have:
¡ Previous experience within project cost control, cost accounting or project accounting; this can be in any environment but manufacturing or oil and gas is preferred.
¡ Strong ERP experience (SAP and Hyperion are used within TechnipFMC).
¡ Good knowledge of local and global financial reporting standards.
¡ The ability to work remotely from your team and have the initiative to complete work when other time zones are offline.
¡ An accounting qualification or equivalent would be welcome.
