Project Coordinator for Subsea Products

At TechnipFMC, we deliver critical projects of a scale, scope and difficulty that you simply won't find anywhere else. We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator for Subsea Products who can join our multicultural team in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Job description

Responsible for planning and execution project requirements
Focus on increase project profit and delivery on time without compromising safety or quality;
Coordinate the execution of all project products ensuring their correct integration before delivery to the customer.

Location: Pavuna - RJ

Travel is required

You are meant for this job if

·  Graduated in Engineering or Business Administration
· 
Fluent English

· 
Experience in engineering project coordination;

· 
Scope management, human and financial resources, risks, safety and project quality, through contact with professionals from various areas;

· 
Previous experience in project management and contract management;

· 
Knowledge MS Project or Primavera and acting as PMO (desirable)

· 
Motivation for dynamic project environments and its challenges.

· 
Close relationship with the manufacturing plant areas of execution.

· 
Frequent visits to the shop to have project report status. Some external customer exposure and high exposure with internal customer (TFMC Subsea Projects organization globally).

· 
Good experience with O&G deliveries, such as Manifolds, Xmas trees and /or Control Systems equipment. Other product deliveries will be evaluated.

· 
Desirable previous experience with IOCs and/or Petrobras projects.

· 
PMP certification will be a plus, but not mandatory.

· 
Negotiation and personal relationship skills, objectivity on project reports and clear interfaces with all support areas to meet deadlines.

· 
Hability to develop Project Execution Plans, Mitigation Plans, Project Mobilization and weekly reports
