At TechnipFMC, we deliver critical projects of a scale, scope and difficulty that you simply won't find anywhere else. We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager who can join our multicultural team for our Technology Center in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Job description

- Ensure that all activities in the department are planned, managed and coordinated in accordance with contract documents, TechnipFMC specifications;

- Establish and maintain a five year strategy for the department, develop and maintain the competence matrix for own personnel;

- Meet discuss and agree on forecast with Projects responsible;

- Support and foster a good collaborative environment with relevant stakeholders;

- Contribute to and deliver on Operations key performance indicators and foster a strong improvement environment;

- Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements;

- Manage the development of standards, competence and skills within own departmen;

- Daily management of own department that contribute to a work environment that promotes teamwork, sharing of best practice and employee satisfaction.

You are meant for this job if are / have

- Graduated in Engineering;

- English fluent speaker;

- Ability to coach and mentor employees, demonstrates commitment, willpower and courage to deliver on promises;

- Acts as a change agent within the organization, demonstrates personal accountability by taking responsibility for both successes and mistakes;

- High integrity and professionalism, places organizational success above individual gain, displays a high degree of self-awareness and willingness to change as a result of feedback;
