Procurement Coordinator / Administrator

We are looking for a Procurement Coordinator / Administrator with 0 - 2 years experience in administrative or clerical background. This will be an excellent opportunity to start a career in Procurement.

In this role, you will provide administrative and analytical support to the Project Procurement for the Onshore/Offshore and/or Department Manager and project staff.

Duties and Responsibilities

ยท  Establish and maintain Procurement files of documents in accordance with Client and internal procedures.
ยท  Establish and maintain filing codes per the current records management procedures.
ยท  Prepare and format all documentation as needed according to Procurement standards.
ยท  Coordinate arrangements i.e., video, audio, lunches, etc. for internal and external meetings and presentations.
ยท  Provide various analysis and reporting on project procurement activities.
ยท  Coordinate assigned projects Supplier Qualification scopes liaising with Supplier Quality and Internal Review. Assist the PPM (Project Procurement Manager) in the preparation and processing of PSR (Procurement Status Report).
ยท  Assist the Buyers in the resolution of issues i.e., invoices, receipt of signed Purchase Orders, etc. and tracking of key document requirements with suppliers.
ยท  Assist the Buyers in the timely close-out of Purchase Orders including assisting in the completion of the Supplier performance reviews as required.
ยท  Liaison on a routine basis with Engineering, Project Management, Legal, Inspection, Expediting, etc. to ensure the purchasing process is efficiently executed.

ยท  Good analytical skills as demonstrated in the development of Excel spreadsheets, reporting, and organization.
ยท  Good understanding and utilization of Microsoft Suites.
ยท  Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
ยท  Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize. Introductory conflict resolution skills.
ยท  Good interpersonal skills while demonstrating and building trust within and across multiple disciplines and departments.
ยท  Demonstrates initiative and the ability to see tasks through to completion.
