We are looking for a Process Control Engineer to join our Process Engineering Department in Zoetermeer.

Job description

As a Process Control Engineer you will ensure that our process narrative and philosophy is completely the within the project/proposal specifications, authority requirements and other contractual obligations. You will ensure that the control philosophy is consistent. At the same time, you will also focus on the ease of operation and the safety of the process. Last but not least, with your experience and advise we create cost effective designs!

As Process Control Engineer within TechnipFMC you will focus on:

·  ·The responsibility for key technical documents on Process Control and Safeguarding, such as: Cause & Effect Diagram , Process Control Description and Process Interlock and Safeguarding Description.
·  ·The delivery of technical input to the other engineers of the Process Department in developing Process Flow Diagrams and Piping and Instrument Diagrams .
·  ·Checking whenever needed, related documents from the Instrumentation Department, such as DCS Functional Block Diagrams and Logic Diagrams with corresponding notes and calculations.

·  ·Analytical Ability: you are able to unravel complicated problems or situations and subsequently put them in order and formulate these in a clear way. You do this with high accuracy;
·  ·Strong Verbal and written skills: you are able to bring forward ideas and opinions in an understandable language to your stakeholders. Both during verbal and written presentations;
·  ·A true team member: you are able to execute tasks in and with a team; contribute to the group harmony and to maximize commitment of the members for your team's goal;
·  ·Education: A background in Chemical Engineering (Bsc or Msc)
·  ·Language:You have excellent command of the English language (Dutch is big advantage).
