Job description


Hierarchically reports to the Head of Planning & Scheduling Department and operationally reports to the Project/Proposal Lead Planning & Scheduling Engineer, you will:

·  define the project schedule objectives and resources.
·  pilot the project schedule and ensure the forecast is reliable.
Key interactions:
·  Internally: Planning Lead Engineer, Project or Proposal team members, Engineering, Process, Construction, Procurement, Management, TechnipFMC OCs for expertise.
·  Externally: Contractors' Partners, Clients.
Main Responsibilities:
·  Implements the Planning and Scheduling system (methods, procedures, time-schedules, physical progress, dashboard, ..),
·  Defines the Project breakdown structures,
·  Increases the project team members awareness of the Project Milestones, main durations and critical paths,
·  Monitor the Project status, to detect any delay and proposes corrective actions as and when necessary,
·  Estimates the delay linked with changes and claims and to prepare the Extension of Time analysis, in case of delay due to Client,
·  Plans to ensure the work front at site,
·  Plans in order to mitigate risks and reduce costs.

You are meant for this job if you have/ are:

·  Experience in the Oil and Gas engineering project
·  Professional experience in planning and scheduling
·  Good knowledge of E,P,C sector
·  Good knowledge of Primavera P6
·  Flexible in thinking and action
·  Rigorous
·  Systematic and methodical approach in working
·  Natural skills to set up good networking and Team spirit
·  Organized to work with efficiency in a time constraint environment
