We are looking for aMechanical Engineer to be in charge of all technical activities related to definition, take-off and selection of piping materials, insulation and protective coatings for piping, to join our team in Madrid.

You are meant for this job if

You have:

·  Master's Degree or Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
·  At least 5 years of experience in design and execution of projects in oil and gas facilities.
·  Fluent in English and Spanish.
·  Experience in companies providing engineering services to the Chemical, Refining or Petrochemical Industry.
·  Knowledge of SP Materials, MARIAN.

Job Description

You will do:

·  Definition of piping material specifications.
·  Validation of the material take-off.
·  Execution of the assembly requisitions and price lists.
·  Consolidation and validation of the obtained quantities.
·  Preparation of bid and purchase requisitions for piping materials.
·  Evaluation technical proposals form bidders.
·  Preparation of technical bid tabulations.
·  Follows up and comments technical documentation for piping materials
·  Follows up quantities through the project life, tracking and solving duplicates and off-spec elements.
