Offshore Personnel Logistics Coordinator - Maternity Cover, 6 months

Aberdeen (Westhill)


Job Description


·Provide a focalpoint and responsive customer serviceto offshorepersonnel for all logistics matters

·Confirm crew change lists & all crew change arrangements with assigned vessels

·Keep crew informed of crew change arrangements / changes

·Carry out compliance checks for upcoming crew changes (training, visa's etc) in good time

·Ensure that relevant visas and other immigration documentation is in place (whereappropriate)

·Ensure all travel & logistic arrangements (for assigned vessels & adhoc PRF's) are made in good time andin accordance with the travel policy

·Liaise withagencies(includingPTCI)whenorganisingcrewchanges(whereappropriate)

·Escalate any personnel crewing issues

·Responsibleforarranging travel in accordance with the travel policy

·Enter and apply crew changes in crew management system

·Time tracking in system for payroll purposes

·Conductpayrollchecksinlinewithpayrolldeadlines

·Investigateoffshorepersonnelpayrelatedqueries

·ParticipateintheTOMSOnCallRotation

·AnyothertasksasdirectedbytheOffshorePersonnelLead

You are meant for this role if you have:

·Minimum of 2yrs personnel logistics experience

·Supervisory experience

·Effective team player

·Self-motivated, results-orientated with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality performance

·An analytical nature with an ability to challenge constructively and identify new ways of working

·Mature, credible, confident and able to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment
