RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for inventory reconciliation, cycle counts, inventory audits and adjustments. Will be the primary contact for warehouse related functions in the service center. Will be required to work independently in accurate management of the warehouse function. Will need to maintain 95% accuracy in inventory counts, so active management will be applied. Responsible for coaching junior material handlers as they develop in the role. Complete functions in SAP as it relates to the warehouse role (deliverables, STOs).

MAIN TASKS:

¡Perform all warehouse duties to pick, pack and store product

¡Responsible for shipping and receiving supplies and parts to internal and external customers.

¡Utilize various material handling equipment to facilitate these tasks.

¡Identify parts by the use of proper procedures.

¡Maximize all activities as they relate to meeting established goals and make recommendations to the Inventory Control Supervisor / Operations Manager for operational improvements.

¡Maintain inventory accuracy of 95% or greater.

¡Maximize the use of storage space and racking, inventory and material handling equipment within the warehouse, shipping and receiving areas of the facility.

¡Ensure proper procedures are followed to guarantee material is picked or put away safely and efficiently.

¡Able to work independently to complete daily tasks.

¡Report discrepancies promptly when discovered to ensure optimal inventory accuracy

¡Maintain housekeeping in responsible areas in neat and organized manner

¡Follow all TechnipFMC safety procedures

¡Cross train in other areas as needed

¡Required to complete all Material Handling functions as required to meet Departmental goals

¡Reconcile packaging slip and verify accuracy of shipment

¡Maintain acceptable level of supplies within the facility

¡Network with and support warehouse needs of other facilities as requested

¡Participate, as needed, in projects related to Impact Quality and/or Business Excellence

REQUIREMENTS:

·US -High School Diploma or equivalent. International – Qualifying Certificate or equivalent.

¡Valid driver's license

¡Demonstrated ability to read, write and speak English

¡Demonstrate high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

¡Able to frequently lift up to 50 lbs.

¡Demonstrate proficiency of math skills

¡Strong interpersonal skills to interface with TechnipFMC personnel.

¡Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in verbal and written communication skills.

¡Demonstrated Commitment to Health, Safety and Environment

¡Must be able and willing to travel

¡May not have any active positive discipline records within the past 6 months, or scored a "Needs Improvement" on most recent performance appraisal

¡Must be in compliance with all corporate requirements, such as P-card, HSE, HR, etc.

¡Basic skills in Inteserve and SAP, or comparable enterprise management system

¡Intermediate skills in Inteserve and SAP, or comparable enterprise management system

¡Minimum 12 months equivalent experience to Level II Material Handler preferred

¡Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings and schematics.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

¡Spends 100% of time in shop

¡May be exposed to possible hazards including loud noise, heavy machinery, travel hazards and extreme weather conditions.

¡Frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.

¡Hand, foot motions of fork lift operations
