We're looking for 3 L&D Designers to join our in-house Learning Solutions team.

The learning team is an exciting, dynamic team which supports our 37,000 strong employee base with bespoke content to support business and personal development.

We've got some exciting learning projects coming up in 2019 such as Embedding our Values & Behaviours; Global Induction and Graduate development and many more, so we're looking for experienced, creative content authors to join our team and help us become the reference company for learning.

Main accountabilities:

·  Design and content authoring of learning solutions across the breadth of delivery media - face to face, elearning, gamification, cascade toolkits and train the trainer
·  Develop content, multimedia visual aids, learning videos, and other training materials as needed using a wide degree of creativity and latitude while staying in-brand
·  Create templates and user interfaces consistent with principles of instructional design
·  Effectively scale design solutions in accordance with project constraints and parameters
·  Maintain expertise in the latest technology, tools and techniques related to visual design and multimedia production
·  Provide rapid response services e.g. small design projects, curriculum building
·  Work with SMEs and HR teams to develop or upgrade internal content
·  Load and test digital content on LMS to ensure content is "Smart"

Skills and experience required:

·  Instructional design experience across the entire cycle of production including : scripts; storyboards; learning methods, design and creation
·  Understanding of the media/visual production and instructional design process, best practices, industry standards, tools, approaches and technology
·  Experience with online training development applications such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Adobe Creative Cloud
·  Fluent in English
·  Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders
·  Excellent planning and organizational skills
·  Ability to work with tight deadlines
·  Solutions-focused attitude
·  Professional accreditation in learning and development
