We are looking for a Communications Intern (M/F) who will act as a User Success Influencer and join the“devops”team of Subsea Studio, a software that will play a key role in TechnipFMC's digital transformation. The proposed contract duration is between 3 to 6 months and work location is Paris La Défense.

Job purpose :

As part of its ambitious R&D program aimed at recreating the way we deliver Oil & Gas Subsea Field Development, TechnipFMC has built a revolutionary software covering the entire engineering process from client need to cost estimate.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing both internal & external communications actions related to Subsea Studio Digital Platform, under the guidance of the Subsea Communications department and/or the Marketing department.

You missions will consist of:

- Coordinating the communication actions with the project teams, while liaising continuously with the Subsea communications and Marketing heads to ensure alignment with overall strategy

- Generate communications content to promote the digital platform as it evolves (Success Stories, Events, Voice of the Customer)

- Manage the intranet page dedicated to Subsea Studio by constantly feeding it with content and ensuring it is up to date

- Support creation of materials (slide decks, images, talking points) for client meetings about Subsea Studio

The ideal candidate :
·  Is a bachelor or master's degree student in communication or journalism (Bac +4/5)
·  Is curious about digital technologies and their influence on the business and people relations.
·  Is organized, autonomous & thorough
·  Is comfortable with using Office Suite; Adobe is a plus
·  Is bilingual in English and French (both written and spoken)
·  Has excellent people skills and ability to operate in a multi-cultural environment.
